BeatPack 0.9beta

edited October 2008 in General
Hi,
BeatPack is pretty good for putting kits together quickly but I think the following enhancements would be good:

1. Ability to load a previously created kit, edit it and then save it as a new kit
2. Audio preview by clicking the pads - this would be very handy for auditioning sounds before committing them to a new kit (how many people have got audio files named 'Kick 1.aif', 'Snare 32.wav' etc?)

I'm sure there's loads more but these 2 would be a great addition for now.

Thanks.

Loading previous kits would be a very useful feature, I'd definitely like to see that.

Previewing samples would also be handy

The other thing that would save me a lot of time would be if beatpack converted to, or more usefully from, native instruments battery kits (but i can kinda live without that tbh )

p.s. the save as MIDI function in Beatmaker is really rocking my world
