Drum Bank A on midi notes -C2..... A bit frustrating?

edited February 2013 in General
Hey all,

Loving the update -thanks . Quick question in case anyone has some wise words......

I am triggering drum sampler tracks in BM2 from Cubasis, but as the default pad midi notes start on -C2 I can't just open he keyboard (on cubasis) and play, the lowest it goes to is C0

Current workaround is load the drums to a track in BM2 then load drums again to bank C, increase polyphony to 32 and I get to trigger from C1 upwards. Just wondering if anyone has a slicker solution!?

Cheers

i noticed the same problem.A simple transpose function in cubasis is missing here. Before you even record, not the one you can apply on already recorded notes.I don't get why cubasis stops showing Midi notes below C0 (in the ditor as well)cause the funny thing is:you can record the notes from C-2 on into cubasis if you play them from the BM Drumpads but you can't correct the recorded notes in cubasis then.Besides the auto quantization...

Solution?I remapped some of my sample sets. Not very comfortable,i know...

The bigger flaw (and this one is adressed to BM)is that i can use only one instrument at once.I was hoping to use at least 2 sampler instruments on -say- midi channel 1 and 2 but the instrument has to be"active/open"otherwise there's no sound.I mean the sound stops when i go to BM's mixer or edit page.
