Sloppy workaround for naming tracks
Now that audiobus is live, there are two issues that will be magnified now-
One is the non standard midi mapping of the drum machine, and the other is the insane amount of audio tracks that will be created from audiobus sources.
I've found a workaround for the audio tracks. Sloppy, but it works for now.
This only works if you've saved your project, of course...
Double tap any audio file in the seq that you'd like to name and include in the project folder.
Perform any edit (I like to trim up the audio track myself), and when BM2 prompts to save on closing, say "save as", and choose your project folder (you can get real geeky and create an audio track folder if you'd like ), and save as desired name.
Now, the original unedited file will remain in the my content folder, and you have your named audio track within the project for easy access.
A bit cumbersome, but like I said, with audiobus you will soon be scrolling thru tons of A1_999 audio files etc. hope it helps!
