Drum Machine Midi Screen Not Showing Pads

edited February 2013 in Support
Hi there.

I'm Using the latest version of Beatmaker 2 on iPad 2 iOS 6.1

I'm Trying to control Molten via Audiobus. When I select the midi control button on a drum machine and select midi output on channel 10, I get no option to edit the midi notes tied to the pads. As shown in v 2.3 of the manual p. 88

I've turned omni off, and restarted the engine in Global Midi Setup.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Have you recorded a sequence into BM2? All you have to do is double tap the sequence to edit.

    Hi dubhausdisco,

I want to alter what midi note the pad sends, not how to edit the sequence.

Molten receives midi trigger messages on notes C3 through to A#3 and BM2 sends its pad triggers on notes C-2 to D#-1.

I want to alter BM2 so that 8 of it's pads transmit midi trigger events on notes C3 through to A#3.

    Sorry for the misunderstanding.
Yeah, the pads start at c-2. Nothing we can do to change them at the moment.

    Not your fault.

However the manual is a bit misleading on this, as it appears to be possible.

    Maybe time for another revision?
