One question.. are we going to have to pay for updates... or if a 2.0 comes out, will we have to pay to update?

Another question.. probably more iphone specific, but, the other day I got the 2.1 iphone update, somehow it wiped out everything on my phone. I don't know what I did wrong.. but regardless some of my apps that I hadn't backed up via sync, got lost. I am not sure how I get those back as I paid for them, but to get them from appstore, I gotta buy them again. Wondering if something occurs and I lose this app, is there some way via appstore to get the app without paying again since I already have?

Incidentally, maybe I missed this, but how do I register it to my phone?

Thanks

Swell news yeah that would not be cool to kick more loot down for the update . As for your question about registering when you pay for an app you can redownload it as much as you like. As much as my phone crashed with 2.0 I can see why apple made this decision. It will say do you want to buy the app again don't freak it will say you already own it and would you like to proceed say yes and your good to go again.

yes i would like to know if we will have to pay for the 2.0 update too. anyway it cant be too much since the whole app is so cheap.

I think Beatmaker is still the best music app for iPhone IPod Touch around. That said, Intua has to gear up and create V2.0 with some serious sxxxt to almost become sort of Ableton for iPhone becuase I have a feeling competition is gonna be tough for them comes Christmas (plus I heard some rumors about cubase lite for iPhone)

Curiously (after so many weeks), BeatMaker is still the best App for iPhone and iPod Touch on the market today...
Hopefully it will become even better with version 2 (on the horizon - "coming very soon") and will dwarf the other music Apps even more for months to come...

i have tried some other apps but the sequencers are not very good so they are more limited than beatmaker.
some have virtual synths already so there is no reason intua wont include one into beatmaker.

A month and a half later....no update. This is so frustrating

Noise i.o. at least is telling us their vision and what they are hoping to add. Don't leave your supporters in the cold please.

Hello,

My bad for not reading the other post, I just noticed that noise.io just released a new update. They send their registered forum users emails regarding updates and that they are working on new stuff and more updates are coming. Why can't intua make us aware in their announcements area as to what is going on with beatmaker development. Maybe a manpower issue. Any hoot can't wait to see what these mystery enhancements/improvements are.
• Good thing you guys don't use Logic, demanding updates
