split/join stereo/mono tracks

Any ideas how I could split a stereo track into two mono tracks?
And also the reverse, join two mono into a stereo track?
(currently I transfer the track to my PC, use audacity to splt/join, and transfer back to my ipad)

And if not on BM2, any other ipad app that supports this + audio copy (back to BM2)?

    I looked for ages trying to find an app that can split a sample to mono. It actually turns out you can convert it using audioshare, using the tools option when you're in the sample. I dont think you can join two sources, seems like a pc /mac job.

    A workaround is to import the two audio files you want to convert to stereo, then pan left and right and export to stereo
