Beatmaker2 x iPad x External Controller

hello all - loving Beatmaker2 and a first time post here - apologies if this has been covered previously (if so i didn't find it Searching the threads)
has anyone had success controlling Beatmaker2 with an external controller via Camera Connection Kit?
specifically i'm looking for an 8x8 drum pad controller like QuNeo for drum pads / banks / transport - any tips or success stories would be much appreciated - x proppabeats

@jose thanks for the response - and does the PadKontrol also control Beatmakers Transport?

@Jose_bee I never heard of the padkontrol. How do you like yours and how does it work with iPad? I was thinking of selling my mpk cause I hate the pads and already own two other keyboards.

It might be between mpk element,queneo, or padkontrol.

I've still yet to connect my Element to iPad / BM2 but i've heard that Quneo comes with templates including BM2 which sounds Very tempting - but mixed reviews for both performance and stability are keeping me from diving in on a Quneo .. (and the price seems to have jumped up an additional $70 in the last weeks)
