Can't save the User folder to transfer files with iTunes

I'm using the most recent versions of bm2 and iTunes and can't save the user folder to my PC, iTunes keeps saying can't copy the file because a folder is missing, thanks for any help of advice to try fix this

    Any ideas ?? I've tried so many things and still no luck, to get tracks on my PC I now have to copy and paste to another audio app and then do iTunes file transfer, it works fine to transfer files until the firstime time I save to superstar tracks and try and hook it up to iTunes

    Have you tried ifunbox? Or cyber duck? I never use iTunes to transfer anything it's terrible

    or use the built in "file transfer". Together with filezilla (or probably any other ftp client software) it works very well from my experience. iTunes is indeed terrible...
