Click track for sequencer?

I've used the sequencer in BM2 to create a backing track for a song (to be used in a live setting). Is there a way to get a click track added to it (to play out the headphones jack of my Alesis DrumDock)? I see where i can turn the metronome on/off, but i don't want that coming out of the main speakers.
