Missing samples on "9th Street" download

Hi,

I just purchased and downloaded 9th street. It came with 9th street 1 through 4. 1 has everything, 2 has somethings, 3 has barely anything at all, and 4 has nothing. They are all full of empty folders. Is this a glitch or is this really everything?

    I have the same issue with multiple sound packs. MAJOR issue is, I contacted Intua visa their support tab THREE times and haven't received a response on any of them. I really don't understand

    are you loading the right filetypes into the proper areas? you can import midis in the import area of the sequencer, you load samples directly to pads, you load patches with the drum machine patch load? I know this seems like I am trying to ask a dumb question, but the filesystem of BM2 isn't the easiest thing in the beginning...
