BM2 as Stanlone sampler
Hello all,
I bought BM2 about 3 hours ago and saw that it couldnt be used as a standalone sampler connected over midi cause of the missing "Local Off" function (or i jut couldnt find it).
Heres my solution...
1.Make an empty Drum Machine preset with Midi input set to "None" & Midi output set to "1"
2.Open another Drum Machine and load your wanted preset with Midi input set to the same midi channel that the track in your daw is transmitting on and Midi out set to "None".
3.The rest depends on which daw you are using but anyone seasoned on a Desktop daw will easily figure it out.
This also removes the need for any extra mappin since one instnce of the Drum Machine is triggering the other with the exact same layout.
I went through the forum but found no similar post adresssing this so let me know if there is another way of doing this or if this was helpful....
Ciao
