Auto Loop Won't Record

I have a basic auto-loop set up on one of my pads then I hit record and play with the ADSR just to mess around. It shows the beats/wave form on the sequencer, but doesn't play back. I then just added some kicks to see if would play back and they did. Do I have something muted causing the auto-loop not to play back, but the kicks do.

    I will try it again but do not think I have had this problem. Could it be that when you are recording you are of the grid? Try drawing it manually in the sequence page. Do you have the pad on auto poly and no X-group? Try.

    are you recording the loop a tiny bit before the initial loop point...audio files won't play if the start of them are cut off on the timeline?
