how to make custom kits wth beatmaker

I just got Beatmaker and I want make beats by using samples from different kits.
How do you do that?

    did you ever figure this out? im trying to record myself but i get this message I got the subject message ERROR: Cannot record with current setup! bah . hit me up if you figured it out.
