Fx not available as lfo destination in BM3

Just saw a video of BM3 and looks like you can't modulate fx with LFO or envelopes. Massive oversight.... Hopefully it'll get added in an update..

    Hey @beatifictatter

    As of now the sampler modulators can control the Layer effects.
    However, we'll have global LFO and other global modulators coming later on.
