I may have jumped the gun about sequencing.....

Now that I have used the BM3 sequencer more.....I like it more. It was hard to get out of the BM2 linear sequencing. After constructing a few beats.....it is pretty strait forward. Uncluttered by having the banks. The beats I made were sample based mind you. Would singular instrument lanes improve the workflow though? Personally I would like the choice to do it singularly OR with banks. I would also like the flexibility to edit patterns/audio tracks ON the song page such as I can in BM2. This has been requested previously.....this is not a request..... I just want to see if any users out there feel similarly to me.

Yeah, of course we should strive for perfection but my opinion is that before holding mass protests against the new thing in favour of the old, people should spend some time to get to know the new thing and understand what it brings to the table in it's own right.

Let's see what tweaks Intua bring us in the first few patches while we get to know the environment, then we'll be able to have a much more constructive and progressive discussion all round!

Would defo enjoy more audio editing features though, of course. I'd also not say no to 'linear' MIDI-only tracks that could be told to control any pad from the banks (or an external MIDI source) although now I'm becoming hypocritical!
