Is there anyway to turn off quantization when recording automation? How can we get smooth curves whenturning the knobs on a synth quickly and recording the movements.
The quantisation is also less smooth for different synths. Recording filter automation on Zeeon is not too bad but on Kauldron it is stepping in big jumps.
I think this also might be down to how BM3 is handling the scaling of the AU parameters. In Zeeon the filter is shown as 0 to 100%. In Kauldron it is 0 to 12700% and it’s impossible to use the AU macro knob as it takes forever to turn it.
I do hope 'curves' will find their way into BM3's automation editor...
(Just add a start & end value with 'bend' and let the app do the work of interpolating the values at a selectable resolution for both 'stepped' and 'smooth' automation).
