Pre-release of Link Version 3.0 adding Start Stop Sync

Start Stop Sync allows one to share start and stop commands between Link peers that have the feature enabled.
This version is backwards compatible with previous versions of Link.
Please refer to the documentation in Link.hpp for more details.

    Yup! That was definitely needed. Gonna integrate the new SDK when it's out of beta :-)

    This is gonna be sick, when you implement it, do you know if you can lock out certain features, so you can have a host/slave relationship, so for example on device one (host) you can start stop, while all the slaves have that ability unticked ?
    Just a safety concern with some of the braindead f***heads i jam with hahahaha @mathieugarcia
