can someone please tell me how i can get new updates and if i have to pay for them?

Do you have Beatmaker?
If yes, then just open App store form your iPhone/iPod Touch and press updates. it will ask you for
your iTunes password so have that ready. You HAVE to buy it but you pay 0.00 for it so no worries.
Also, you can search for beatmaker in iTunes on your desktop and do the same. Hope it helps
