A new beta (BM3 3.0.9) should drop any moment now as Apple has been on 'vacation' postponing things so It shouldn't be too long before 3.0.9 out for you all to enjoy...

@samu - cheers for info - i just read your post on audiobus forum regarding more LFO in Grooverider - I'am "stormbeats" over on audiobus forum
Bm3 for me is still the top app Not sure if ok to mention other apps on here - if not my bad in advance
You are in a never ending cycle of hurt, software is never complete and "the next version makes all my dreams come true" mindset will not do you any favours.
Thinking you "need" the next version will only make things worse, but hey prove me wrong, get the next version and never complain about Beatmaker again

@5pinlink who's complaining - I think you need a break - for real - its cold up North try Los Angeles -
@5pinlink Don't think I don't know who you are neither - - chill dude - when a customer pays for something they have a right to be annoyed here and there if things don't work - internet gangster- ban me if you want -
Why do you always act so silly ?
1st you start to post the same feature request over and over on a near daily basis (this is called spamming)
2nd you start calling people names and even attack Intua and matheiu personally, so much so that i was asked by other users to delete posts.
3rd you have suggested this ban nonsense a few times now, do you actually want to be banned ? is that some kind of rebel complex thing going on ?
Have you just tried to intimidate me by suggesting you know who i am and calling me an internet gangster ?
I'm Win Conway and i live in the South of England, everybody knows who i am, just to reiterate, stop acting silly, you are about as intimidating as any other invisible internet poster, not very !

My question for @beatmakerstorm is: I'm genuinely curious as to why you still use the S950. Still have the stock 750Kb of RAM? I know about the rapid-fire MIDI response & 12bit crunch, sold mine in 2006, but man, that has to be torture, converting WAVs to AKAI format, putting it on a floppy or emulator USB stick, popping it into the S950, wait forever to load a 20KB snare.....Man, if I had that kinda patience, I'd be OK with waiting for the Apple App Store staff to come back from vacation so we can get our GR-16 & BM3 updates.
@StudioES I use lots of different equipment - I'am using the 950 at moment cos transfering some 15 year old beats to Pro Tools and will sell the 950 in about a year or 2 - the prices for analogue samplers is going up - you do know Dj Premier/ Large Pro and many others still use the 950 - not saying thats why I do but the fact that its low memory forces me to really go deep into using the limitations - And dont forget emu SP1200 is 10seconds sampling and that goes for around £2000. My production crew often do analogue sessions only for a few days here and there With ref to the gr-16 it reminds me a lot of Arturia ispark which made me load up as we speak - i forgot how good ispark is - loads of pad banks 2 effects per pad etc- DOPE !!!!!
People laughed at Casio, but they used to make high-end stuff, plus there are producers still using it. Built-like-a-tank, graphical waveform display, 2MB RAM, variable sample-rate per sample, Additive Synthesis (first 48 harmonics), draw your own waveform, Cross-Modulation of waveforms (like PD synthesis), 2 8-stage envs, 8 loop-points on each sample, 16bit but grungy as hell. The filters were outstanding. Late 80s, way way ahead of its time. Also sold it in 2006, was looking over my old sampler history.
Yeah not the first sampler, but first polyphonic sampler that you could actually buy, before that you had to have them built in to your facility by engineers, and the only two companies doing it where absolutely crap lol, the first sampler in the real world was the 612.
The only hardware sampler worth its second hand cost anymore is the top of the range EMU for the Z Plane filters, everything else is just a major ball ache, I still like my DJ70s for some nostalgia trip, but even those have upgraded screens, inverter cut out and floppy swapped for USB, but a choice between those and Beatmaker, it’s Beatmaker every time lol.

One thing stops me getting one of these again, swapping the screen out is horrific, and the standard screen is typical old noisy rubbish.
3.0.8 has been good for me for the most part, though there are still some weird bugs I run into quite a bit (UI sluggishness, undo, zoom weirdness in the sequencer, crashes when using some AUs, etc.) and would like addressed. Still, it’s quite the app and I feel good using it and being able to make or work on a beat wherever I am.

I'd use it all. Core learning.

Will be interesting to see if Behringer bring the SP clone to market.
@5pinlink maybe this is a silly question but are you the same 5pin from 5pin Media on Loopmasters?
Nope, nothing to do with me.
Ah sorry. Thanks for clearing that up though, I've always been wondering.

Thank God you arent a developer, you sound like a pretentious know it all asshole tbh.

@FunkyFingers you joined and in 3 minutes did nothing but comment on this. You should be banned IMO. Just saying.
Don't worry about it @mefisme, he is obviously a little bit slow, took him a whole 3 minutes to realise how big an asshole i am
Apparently someone woke up on the wrong foot this morning 😂
Lol
