Modulation panel incomplete on Amplitude envelope

I'd like to modulate the amplitude envelope but when double clicking the item to get the modulate option most are missing only Midi is available no LFO, step modulator, etc..

    And strangely enough, sustain doesn’t even have the modulate entry, that would be needed for global MIDI learn at least (when implemented of course)
