How can I change the key of th scales or the root notes of the chords in the pad settings. Thanks.

    On the right hand side you will see an up down arrow where you can change the octave, click on the word octave and it will change to semi ;)

    Right but the scale is still based on C. Can that be changed?

    As mentioned, if you tap the arrow in semitone mode (in pad view) you will see that the notes on the pads change according to the root noot you choose
