Global sample bank edit and non destructive slices

Can you implement global sample bank edit for a bank filled with sliced samples. Can you also implement non destructive slice that does not link slices to each other?meaning, if I slice a drum break into 20 pads the end points automatically end at the end of the sample. Also a current or all sample selection for parameter editing. These features are available on the MPC.
