Transport bar always visable

Please make the transport bar remain visible even when in the file browser.

Also when pressing "stop" on arrangement i'd like for it to stop all sounds dead (ie including long samples) as these seem to play on till end when in one-shot mode.

    Definitely need the transport controls always visible. You should be able to stop all sounds dead by pressing stop twice. The only sounds that might not stop when you press stop twice are probably from fx, if I recall correctly.
