I think this has been mentioned elsewhere but I just wanted to make it an actual topic.

As far as I know only GarageBand has a very good version of this feature. It allows comping several performances together to creat a best take. This was requested about a decade go for Auria and apparently it’s far too much effort to implement. This is a pretty big necessity for any serious DAW. This is not to disparage BM3 in any way as BM3 doesn’t necessarily occupy the same space as a DAW like Auria.
