Groove Pools/Track Delay

Is possible to do track delay with out moving the pattern off grid in song mode or going into the actually pattern? Add a delay like ableton.

Also groove pools to have a preset of different swings to make beats sound more lively this feature would be nice individually per bank/audio. It seems like you can only effect the swing globally based on the grid you set it too.
