Just reinstalled BM2 and noticed the sound store page is blank, so it’s impossible to download the sound packs I bought before. Does anyone else have the same issue? Are these purchases lost forever?

It might be worth to create support case for this or ping @Vincent
Who knows, maybe the server that hosts the BM2 IAPs has been taken down or something...
(BM3 IAPs are NOT hosted on Apple server so that could be the case for BM2 IAPs as well).

I never got a reply to either the support ticket or the email, by the way. I’d still be interested to know if the BM2 sound store is working for anyone.
