Neo soul keys not loading

Hi, I’m trying to use neo soul keys inside of bm. I just bought neo soul keys and when I try and load it, it says it is unable to load the plugin.

I deleted and reinstalled beatmaker 3
I deleted and reinstalled neo soul keys
I downloaded synth one to try another plugin. This works, but when I switch patches inside of synth one, I get no sound.

What am I doing wrong?
