How to loop a pad

I want to load a looped sample on a pad in beatmaker 3 and touch the pad once and have it keep looping, how is this done? When I go to the sample editor and change it to loop forward or alternate, it changes the pad mode to Hold. I dont want to hold the pad, I want to hit it once and have the sample keep looping

    If you want a pad to remain looping after one press you need something called 'latch mode'. This is not currently supported in BM3 but you can add this functionality by installing Audioveek's Midi Tools (from the app store) which includes a Latch Midi AUv3 plugin.
