Why doesn't incognito mode guarantee anonymity?
Everywhere they say that incognito mode provides security, but they also write that it does not protect completely. I would like to know what exactly it cannot hide and what risks remain?

It is important to understand that incognito mode only prevents history and data from being saved on the device, but does not hide your IP address. More information on this is available in this post. Complete anonymity requires additional tools, such as VPN or proxy servers.
