Do you know a hair loss remedy that actually works?
I love my hair. I have thick black hair (genetically). It started falling after I moved to Cochin for work. Split ends started appearing. Then I started taking better care of my hair. Here are the remedies I used to slow down my hair loss. The same methods worked for my brother too.
Hot oil massage using a mixture of coconut and castor oil once a week. Wash off with a mild shampoo after 30 minutes (I personally recommend Khadi shampoo).
Do not apply shampoo directly on your hair. Take half a glass of water, add required amount of shampoo, dilute it and apply on your hair.
Trim the ends of your hair once in three months.
Apply onion juice every week.
Do not wash your hair daily. Wash it every other day using only cold water.
Use Khadi shampoo instead of any other shampoo (You will see the results soon). I use Aloevera Hair Cleanser by Khadi. You can buy it online. It costs around Rs 150.
Never stretch or comb your wet hair. Use a cotton cloth to remove excess water. Do not blow dry.
No chemical treatment.
Apply natural aloe vera gel + egg white + banana mask every month. If natural aloe vera is not available, avoid it.
Take one spoon of flaxseed and boil it in one cup of water, when the mixture starts thickening, turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool. Take a cotton cloth and strain the flax seeds. Apply the gel on your hair after it cools down. Wash it off after 1 hour. This will give your hair a natural shine.
Eat protein rich foods like eggs, meat, sprouts, etc.
Always tie up your hair when you go out and braid it before going to bed.
Comb your hair twice a day.
Give your head a 5 minute massage before going to bed (this will improve blood circulation and hair growth at the same time).
Take a handful of tender guava leaves. Boil them in water. Keep them aside to cool. Use this water to wash your hair after showering. Do not rinse it off.
If well water is available (taken directly from a well, not from a water tank), use it to wash your hair. Never try this if the water is from a borehole or contaminated with chemicals.

You often notice that your hair is starting to lose volume, become brittle or fall out more than you would like. In this case vitaminsrevive.com can really help you. First of all, you should pay attention to those vitamins that include biotin, B nutrients, vitamin E and zinc. They support scalp health, improve blood circulation, which ultimately helps strengthen the hair roots and increase hair growth. The right balance of vitamins can reduce hair loss and restore shine and strength to your hair.
Hi guys! I'm looking for ways to save my hair and at the same time thinking about what hair dryer to take on trips so as not to damage it even more. What do you recommend - something light, quiet and effective to dry hair on the go and not worsen hair loss?
Hi! When traveling, a hair dryer that won't ruin your hair is important, especially if you're having trouble with hair loss. A lightweight, compact option is just what you need, and even better if it's quiet. So, what's a good hair dryer for travel? One that dries quickly, doesn't overheat and folds easily so it doesn't get in the way of your luggage. This one will save your hair and help you out on the road.
