What requirements must an employer fulfill in order to hire me on a perm green card?

An acquaintance of mine tried to get perm green card approval in the US, but unfortunately he was rejected. As he was told by the inspector, it was due to irresponsibility of his employer. What requirements does my employer have to fulfill to hire me on perm green card?

  • My guess is that he either failed to file some of the paperwork, or failed to include all of the statements required to correctly submit to the inspector. Or he didn't indicate that he was taking you on full time, that is also an important requirement. When my brother applied for a perm green card through ImmigrationOfficeSolutions, they were very thorough with his employer. They checked several times that the ETA 9089 form was filled out correctly, before making sure that the employer had submitted a request for a wage determination using the FLAG system. With their help, he correctly posted work orders and selected three additional hiring steps and so on.

  • To be hired on a permanent green card, an employer must meet several requirements, including obtaining labor certification and proving the role can't be filled by a U.S. worker. If you're overseas, keep your paperwork ready and track UAE ID status regularly to ensure smooth documentation and timely updates during the immigration process.

  • I never thought I’d get hooked on another puzzle game after Phrazle. I told myself one quick word game a day was enough.
