Home Office Setup—How to Make It Comfortable and Ergonomic?
I’ve been working from home for over a year now, and my back is absolutely killing me. I’ve tried different chairs, even got one of those fancy ergonomic ones, but I still feel stiff and sore after a full day at my desk. I’m wondering if the problem isn’t just the chair but also my desk setup. Has anyone found a setup that actually works for long hours?
