Whey protein (like the kind bodybuilders use)?
I bought a few supplements to improve skin condition. It's a mix of ingredients, and the most effective one is hydrolyzed collagen. I looked up where to buy it specifically (pure, no extra ingredients), and it turns out they sell it to bodybuilders (in huge plastic jars). There are different types, like beef or whey.
Does anyone use it for joints?

Collagen is indeed often associated with skin care, but for athletes it primarily serves as support for joints and ligaments. In bodybuilding, it's taken in courses, because with regular training, the load on the joints is enormous, and without additional support they wear out faster. There is educational material about bodybuilding collagen , which describes in detail that hydrolyzed collagen is well absorbed by the body and helps not only the skin, but also cartilage. Many note a decrease in pain in the knees and elbows after a couple of months of taking it.
