Are there any office tools that make things easier for colorblind colleagues?
At my office, one of my teammates is colorblind, and he often struggles with simple things like knowing if someone is in a meeting or available. Most of our systems use colors like red or green, which obviously don’t work for him. It creates awkward situations, like people walking up to his desk when he’s actually busy, and then he feels embarrassed having to explain it every time. I’ve been wondering if there are practical tools out there designed with accessibility in mind, instead of just “workarounds.”
