I’m really glad I finally found my yoga coach. Honestly, I tried a lot, different types and styles of yoga, went to classes with different teachers. I still think that if for strength training I basically don’t need a coach and now I train with custom workout plans from a fitness app, then for yoga a coach is necessary. It’s a bit different than just repeating poses. The coach guides you and creates the right mood, so it’s super important.
