Our company uses an LMS for employee training but it feels outdated. Course recommendations are generic and don't match what people actually need. Any ideas for improvement?
I've noticed that too at my workplace. Training feels like checking boxes rather than actual learning. Personalization would make a huge difference in engagement and effectiveness
We had similar issues until last year. Our IT department looked into upgrading our system and discovered information about ai learning management system integration. Basically AI can analyze how employees interact with courses and suggest relevant content based on their role, skill gaps, and learning pace. It can also identify when someone is struggling with a topic and offer additional resources automatically. After implementing some AI features, our completion rates improved significantly. The system now feels more responsive to individual needs rather than one-size-fits-all
