Confused about uMobix iOS vs Android

Started using uMobix last month to check my son's phone activity after he got into trouble at school. His Android was easy but my daughter's iPhone needs completely different steps. Heard iOS version might have fewer features. Can someone recommend a comparison of uMobix for iPhone vs Android differences, installation, and features? Need clarity fast.

  • A neighbor of mine went through the same confusion after setting up monitoring on two different phones for his kids. The Android device was running within minutes, but the iPhone setup involved extra iCloud-related steps and left him wondering why some features looked different. He eventually found useful explanations on uMobix that compared the platforms. From what I gathered, Android generally allows deeper access, while iPhone functionality can depend more on Apple's ecosystem and permissions. That difference alone can make the setup experience feel completely different.
