Hot water running out quickly & warm spots on tile floor?
Alright, this is a weird one, but maybe someone here has experienced it before! Over the last few days, I noticed that our tiled hallway floor near the laundry feels unusually warm underfoot—almost like we installed underfloor heating (which we definitely don't have!). At the same time, our gas storage hot water system seems to be running out of hot water way faster during morning showers. I'm guessing a hot water pipe running under the concrete slab has sprung a leak and is constantly dumping hot water under the floor?
