Best free reverse phone number lookup site or app?

I'm just trying to weed out spam and scams, so I don't need something that does background checks etc. I found one a while back that was pretty good, but either I can't remember which one or it was changed to something like "Please wait while we search. By the way, what's your email address etc?"
I don't want to have to check my email for results. I don't want to pay for results or provide payment information for a "free trial" that I'll probably never be able to cancel. I'd like to avoid search timers, surveys, "just one more click" etc.
Honestly, I just want free, accurate results ASAP. Preferably with more information than just the area code.
