Difficulties with math

My daughter has difficulties with math, and regular textbooks do not help the situation. I want to find someone who can explain clearly and without dry theory, so that there is real understanding, and not just memorization. Maybe someone has already encountered a similar situation and can recommend a good tutor or a convenient way of studying?

  • I understand what a headache it's when a child does not understand mathematics, and textbooks only confuse them even more. We had a similar situation, and additional materials really helped us. For example, a cool thing fractions worksheets pdf see link https://brighterly.com/worksheets/fractions-worksheets/ here everything is laid out on the shelves, with examples and tasks that really help to understand the topic. You can go through the tasks together with your child, and then it will be easier to explain difficult moments.

  • I had the same issue with my daughter, what helped was finding a tutor who used real-life examples instead of just theory. Also, apps made a big difference with their clear, step-by-step explanations.

  • Absolutely understand where you're coming from — math can feel overwhelming when it's all dry formulas and no real-world sense. We had a similar challenge, and what helped most was finding a tutor who explains things in plain language, using visual examples and step-by-step logic. Also, some interactive platforms make a huge difference, especially those that focus on understanding, not just memorizing.
