Sequencing: Fades, Tempo, Signature

edited February 2011 in Support
Alright, here's some questions. Without exporting to another program are there ways to program into the sequencer:

1. Track volume fades - fading an entire track rather than just a sample.
2. Tempo changes - changing the BPMs mid-song and back.
3. Signature changes - for example switching from a 4/4 time signature to 3/4 mid-song.

If you have some creative solutions for this, lets hear them! Cheers.

    Can you gradually fade in a looping sample over a number of bars?

    o.k., i think i can answer my own question here.

    1. select the portion of your track that you want to slowly fade in
    2. click the 'merge' button (looks a bit like the merge button in excel). If your selected track consists on more than one sequence, this will merge them into one.
    3. whilst the sequence is selected, click the yellow 'draw' button from the top right tools
    4. in the draw window, click on 'AUTO'
    5. now draw in your gradual volume increase and save

    jobs a good 'un

    apologies if my terminology is incorrect, i'm new to this! <!-- s:-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":-)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:-) -->
