Faster Way To Make Presets?

edited February 2011 in Support
I wanna be able to make Bm2 Presets faster, like bm1 has with Beatpack, where you're able to just add a sound to one pad then export it to a bm preset.
It's too slow to make and save a presets inside bm2 from what i can tell. Unless there's a way to use Bm1 presets on Bm2.....

Also Intua, Maybe in the next update, There should be a way for the MULTI Button inside the Sample column to be able to load multiple sample/sounds instead of adding one sound each to a pad which is sloooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww lol

    Hey ZSnake,

You can still use beatpack to continue to create kits and FTP them into BM2... Remember that BM1 files can be read by BM2... Just a thought..

Keep doing your thing also. Your holding it down for Bm2 and Intua like if it was your life, I like it lol.

Z the multi select does allow you to load one sample to multiple pads.

Yo scythe i meant different samples to multiple pads. Like Lets say, I wanna make a preset of J Dilla Kicks, There all different kicks, I wanted to be able to select MULTI to all the sample pads then load kick1 kick2 kick3 ect ect to each pad instead of adding one different kick to each pad manually at a time. I did this all night lol thinking if there was a faster way.

Also Bm2 is not reading my bm1 kits.
I can't seem to make this work grrrrrrr lol.

    Maybe this post will help.

But just load the Jdilla kick kit and each kick will be on its now pad.

Yea i already made the bmk2 presets of J dilla already inside BM2, i'm just trying to find a faster way of doing it for my other sounds or just get my bmk1's to work on my bmk2. Thanks for the link.

Update: Still can't get my bmkz's to work on bm2. I don't understand is it due to the way it's put on? I'm using DiskAid.

Try Ftp with FileZilla its free, the bmkz. I use Fetch and don't have a problem... You sure you are loading them in the right area (presets)?
I had a problem with it in the beginning, but don't know if it was from using Iphone Explorer to upload or just importing them in the wrong area.

I think there might be a problem with transferring files via anything other then a FTP client????

Yea it Worked it was the FTP Client. I thought bm2 supported all types of different File tranfers lol. W/O now i can save myself some time
