Recording 2nd Track

When I make a new track and try to record it by playing my pads it records in the first track how do I get it
to record in the new track?

    Hallo,

    open the sequencer window -> you will see your tracks -> below the track number ex. Track 1 you will see a big "R", this indicates that the track is in "Record" mode.

    To change the "Recording" for another track simply touch the Trackbutton of the Track ex.Track 2 and you will see a context window where you can choose Mute/Recording - Rename/Delete and choose "Recording".

    Does anyone know why a sample might get recorded on the 1st track, rather than the 2nd track, which is marked R? I don't get it....
