What happened to routing FX to specific pads?

Just upgraded to Beatmaker2 and still have BM1 on my iphone. I am trying to find the option to route effects to specific pads on the mpc style instrument like I used to do in one using groups.
I figured out how to make an effects bus but that effects the whole instrument. I do not want that! I want to put delay on the hi hat pad and a different effect on the snare all with in the one instrument. How do I do this ?

Create the fx bus you want to route to
Select your pad..
Go to the mix button (speaker icon), flip to the 3rd page and select your fx bus as the output for the pad.
