BM 2 update, or BM 3?

Hey everybody,
Those of you who have been around here awhile- should we be expecting an update soon? Or is it more likely that BM 3 is the next incarnation?

    Thinking they may be waiting on the next incarnation of ios? Intua isnt a company that seems to believe in fixing a few things and then speeding an update...they are more like...lets fix everything and let the app be updated fewer times...

    In some ways there is a pro and a con to this...

    It does look as if there will be an update to beatmaker 2 coming...as hinted by certain individuals on the forum. I just hope it addresses the fixes to some issues that i have so that it will be easier to incorporate beatmaker2 into my projects.

    Not saying new stuff wouldnt be cool, just saying dropboxing each individual file is absolutely terrible.

    i was just thinking this the other day. i use beatmaker for all my sampling needs i love this so much i dont need to buy an mpc. i use reason 6 for all my music production and such. i know reason is coming up with reason rack extension, where third party developers get to make there own racks for the program an charge what they want. well im sure you get my drift. i can sure use beatmaker in reason and they dont have a great sampler like yours. should consider that. in the next up and coming update definetly a drop box and also an option to erase your projects and a better search feauture when searching for samples and projects.

    Hi everyone,

    The upcoming 2.3 update is quite huge, bringing lots of new features.
    Of course, the update is free for all existing BeatMaker 2 customers.

    super excited about the update. glad its 2.3 and not beatmaker 3 yet. hope it has a better time stretch and pitch shifting feature. should consider making your own vst.

    Other than that...the app is quite a monster of goodness
    Hopefully effects got iller
    ...oh well who needs sleep when you can imagine the possibilities? Lol

    So audio recording! Thats cool, real cool. I observed the noise gate and the compressor on live input? Thats really kool as well.     I just wanna ask...nobody will probably answer...but

    If you are almost done with the update, and nothing besides nanostudio comes close (and they have just submitted their update), what is with all the spy movie secret stuff? I dont need screen shots, just a list of what is implemented in the next update. Especially if you are already towards the end of the beta program...i mean is somebody going to take your feature list and make something better in 2 weeks? And even if that were the case, wouldnt they just wait until your update and go from there? Jus sayin...

    Adding anything to your app is going to be a welcome event though!
    Cant wait for new and better effects if they ever make it in
