Imported sample sounds bitcrushed on pad

Hi all,

I've run into a little odd problem - I've imported a sample from nanostudio into beatmaker using copy and paste. The sample sounds fine when I preview it but when I put it on a pad it sounds like its going through a bitcrusher or something... I definitely don't have any effects on a bus or the drum machine...

Any idea what's going on?

    Hold on. I'm an idiot. Had a bitcrusher on my main output.
