drum pad auto loop mode - non quantize?

is it possible to have the auto loop mode for a drum pad simply loop the native length of the relative .wav file? if not it would be cool to have a 'bounds' option under the loop duration selector that would loop the drum pad for the bounds set on that drum pad(under the edit bounds button)
