"Support" forum? Where's Intua?

I made a post about the auto-loop function the other day and I also sent an email. No response from Intua on either front. Every day I check this forum and I see new questions that go unanswered by Intua. The one person who consistently tries to help people is dubhausdisco. Where is the support from the actual deleopers?

The Intua guys pop up on the forum maybe once a week. They seem to pay more attention to their Facebook page, so you might have some luck there.

No response from support to my email. Intua needs to address their forum. The nanostudio forum should be their model.
It's a shame that customer service is not a priority.
