Hello, any recommendations for apps with solid drum kits? Not too interested in full sound libraries.....just quality drums for beatmaking.

Thanks for your input.

Obviously BM2 is the best app for beatmaking.... Isn’t that why we are all here? I’m looking for additional drum kits or presets to import into BM2.

In particular, I need kicks & snares that are already mastered and EQ'd. I have projects that will benefit from this being that I will not be participating in the mixdown process.

    Thanks

Producer loops has some Beatmaker 2 kits you can buy. Sort by format and look for Beatmaker 2.

Hmm, the producer loops don't sound so spectacular imho (from the prelistening, I don't have them).

I purchased the beat pack from app sound (http://www.app-sound.com/BeatMaker2)
and I'm very satisfied with it.

This is an opinion...take it or leave it...but there are two places that impress me as far as sounds as of lately.

Any of the imaschine libraries are sounds that are rich, full, and bangin to my ears...but they will have to be converted.

Traumah drum libraries are pretty damn great imho...but mainly for hiphop or more aggressive music genres...

I have lots of use in these libraries...and i have to do very little drum compression and or editing to drums from these sources.
