ALL I WANT

edited March 2013 in General
Beatmaker is such a great App. been using it since BM1.
All the updates have been great love everything.

but I think its times we need more instruments, more sounds, built in real synthesizers and effects.
i'm tried of using other apps or audiobus. and really most of the time i use BM in app instruments,
i just find it a lot easier with my sampled based music.....

Please updated or add in app plugins....... anything! thx <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

+1 if you agree

What's funny is that Tabletop has support for some in app purchases like Arturia iMini and iMPC, but it can't touch BM2 for sequencing or the incredible drum sampler features.

If BM2 started to expand the platform with branded instruments from third parties, it might be cooler. Like Sunrizer or Nlog Pro built right in. Just a wish list that still keeps the primary focus for Intua on app features and fixes instead of designing on board instruments that have to compete with an already tough market of synths.

Wormhelmet , have you tried Audiobus with BM2? You can use sunrizer ,Nlog Animoog and a ton of other great synths with Beatmaker.Works great!

Yes jomazz, hopefully everyone at this point has Audiobus.
But i agree with Wormhelmet , just merging with some better apps out there would be real great. Sometimes its nice to limit yourself to one app. and just cut out the audiobus step out.

just loading Animoog or Sunriser or DM1 as a BM instrument inside BM would be sick.

Audiobus is dope, but i still want that All-in-one go to App.... Super DAW

I just want bm3 to be all I need.
Bm2 is prolly at a place where it needs to stop, and new code written.

Bm3 should utilize the power of the new ios devices, and leave bm1 for first gens, bm2 for up to fourth gens...so n and so forth

Its not totally rocket science as some would have you believe...

The drum machine is definitely the focus of beatmaker2 and its fairly close to perfect, the keyboard was like an after thought with little seperation from the drum machine other than its a keyboard...RESAMPLE IS NEEDED BAD, many other apps do this but beatmaker does not and it suffers horridly because of it, in my use. The mixer keeps downgrading into something turd...it was okay but now its terrible....its big clunky and scrolly and the space is used all wrong...i dont think the panning has ever been accurate since conception. The effects...umm this is one of the biggest fails as far as the app goes in my honest opinion...the effects are like the shitty meteor effects....yuck. They emulate old ugly hardware racks and are not touch intuitive on a touch screen device...the approach is not well thought out.

An integrated synth would be better than using audiobus, i dont know about you guys and gals, but audiobus is not there yet...its sluggish, its awkward, its cpu intensive, and it seldom functions as one would expect it to.

I like audiobus, because as of now...its all there is...thats about to change
